We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved father, John Aquilina, aged 78, who passed away peacefully this morning. His loss has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom were profoundly shaped by his love, guidance, and constant presence.

John was a man defined by warmth, humility, and quiet strength. To his family, he was a devoted father and grandfather, offering stability, wisdom, and unconditional love throughout his life. His gentle smile, laughter, and kind eyes will remain forever in our memories. He had a remarkable ability to make those around him feel safe, valued, and cared for.

He was deeply cherished by all who knew him. Friends and family remember his genuine kindness and steady presence—qualities that left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. His life was not defined by grand gestures, but by consistent acts of love, care, and quiet generosity.

The funeral service celebrating his life will take place on Thursday, 7th May 2026, at 8:30am at St. Helen’s Basilica, Triq is-Santwarju, Birkirkara. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and to honor his beautiful life.
